Role - International Sales Specialist

Location - Pune

Working Days - 6 Days (WFO) | Weekday Off (Rotational)

Work Timings - 9pm to 6am

We are seeking an International Sales Specialist to join our healthcare sales and operations team. This role provides structured exposure to global healthcare systems, international patient management, and hospital coordination across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads through WhatsApp, calls, email, and social platforms
  • Qualify prospects based on medical needs, budget, urgency, and travel constraints
  • Coordinate with clinics/hospitals to gather treatment plans, estimates, and timelines
  • Follow up with prospects consistently to drive conversion
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track all communication
  • Support the Head of Sales with outbound campaigns and lead-gen activities
  • Handle patient queries with empathy, patience, and clarity
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to smoothen the patient journey
  • Ensure a professional, trustworthy, and consultative experience in every interaction

Eligibility & Requirements


  • 1-2 years of proven luxury sales experience or international sales experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations
  • Ability to work night-aligned shifts for international markets (U.S./UK/Australia) (Cabs will be provided both way)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and structured follow-up
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. Based in Pune or willing to relocate (preferred)
