Dispatch Executive / Carrier Relations Executive – US Logistics:

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

CTC: 25,000 - 30,000 Per Month (Fixed) plus unlimited incentives in USD

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience is required in US logistics or International voice process

Position Overview:

As a Carrier Relations Executive, you will be working closely with the sales team to to source and book reliable carriers for their freight loads across the United States. Your role includes negotiating rates, dispatching loads, tracking shipments, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers to ensure timely and efficient freight movement.

Please apply only if you are comfortable working in the Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM).

Responsibilities:

• Source and book carriers for freight loads across North America
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and confirm load acceptance.
• Dispatch loads with accurate pickup and delivery details.
• Monitor shipments in transit, communicate with truckers, and provide updates.
• Resolve issues such as delays, equipment breakdowns, and no-shows promptly.
• Maintain carrier relationships for repeat business and reliable capacity.

Requirements:

• Experience - Minimum 1 year of prior experience in US logistics / International Voice Process
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and understand the logistics industry, even if you do not have prior experience in this field.
• Eager to Learn: Display a strong interest in developing expertise in the logistics field.
