International Sales Executive – US / Global Market (B2C Sales)

Location: A-27C, A Block, Sector-16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Shift: Night Shift (US/Global Market) | Monday – Saturday | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Role Overview

As an International Sales Executive, you will connect with international professionals, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right IT certification programs. You will be responsible for managing the complete B2C sales cycle—from consultation to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with international leads across the US, Canada, and UK.
  • Conduct career consultations via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Recommend suitable IT certification programs based on learner needs.
  • Manage follow-ups and convert leads into enrollments.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth learner onboarding experience.

Requirements:

  • 1–6 years of experience in International B2C Sales, EdTech Sales, or International Voice Process.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities.
