Location: iHUB, Ahmedabad

Job Summary/Objective:

The International Sales Executive is a dynamic and results-driven role responsible for expanding the company's revenue and user base across key international markets (e.g., EMEA, APAC, LATAM).

The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and at least one (preferably more) of the following languages: German /French /Spanish /Portuguese. This individual will focus on identifying, qualifying, and closing strategic sales opportunities for our e-commerce

platform/services/products, ensuring sustainable growth and market penetration outside of the domestic region.

Responsibilities:

Market Penetration and Lead Generation

  • Identify Target Accounts: Systematically research and target businesses (sellers, large- scale buyers, or strategic partners, depending on the marketplace model) in assigned international territories using market data and competitive analysis.
  • Outbound Strategy: Execute a multi-channel outbound strategy (cold calling, personalized email sequences, LinkedIn outreach) to generate qualified leads and secure introductory meetings.
  • Market Mapping: Provide continuous feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, and regional pricing sensitivities to inform global sales strategy.

Sales Cycle Management

  • Discovery and Qualification: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand the prospect's international expansion goals, current e-commerce pain points (logistics, payments, compliance), and platform needs.
  • Customized Pitching: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrating the platform's ROI and tailoring the value proposition to address country-specific challenges (e.g., cross-border fulfillment, regional payment gateways).
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage complex contract negotiations, focusing on maximizing profitability while ensuring compliance with international sales terms and conditions.

Account Handoff and Collaboration

  • Seamless Onboarding: Coordinate closely with the Technical Onboarding Team and Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth transition for newly signed international clients.
  • Internal Liaison: Serve as the primary sales liaison between the international prospect and internal departments (Product, Support, Marketing) to resolve unique global challenges.
  • Revenue Forecasting and Reporting
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), providing clear visibility into potential revenue.
  • Forecasting: Submit reliable quarterly and annual revenue forecasts for the assigned international region.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: German /French /Spanish
  • /Portuguese
  • 14 years of experience in Sales, BD, SaaS, e-commerce, or international client management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, presentations, and objection handling.
  • Understanding of SaaS or e-commerce logistics is a strong advantage (but not compulsory).
  • Experience in working across different time zones and cultural frameworks.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • International Business Acumen: Strong understanding of global commerce, cross-border payments, and regional logistics challenges.
  • CRM Proficiency: Expert-level use of CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical and commercial concepts clearly to diverse international stakeholders.
