We are hiring International Customer Support & Sales Executives for a fast-growing global process.
This role involves handling customer queries, product pitching, upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales.
Job Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries via chat and voice
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Perform upselling and cross-selling
- Close sales and achieve assigned targets
- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality benchmarks
- Follow process guidelines and meet KPIs
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates only (any stream)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable with sales activities (upselling, cross-selling, closing)
- International BPO experience preferred, not mandatory
- Minimum 1-year experience required for the higher salary bracket
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
