Job Summary

We are hiring International Consultants – (NRI Process) to manage insurance inquiries from

overseas customers. The role involves understanding client needs, recommending suitable

insurance solutions. High earning potential, structured training, and strong career growth at

Gift City location.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on international/NRI leads provided by the company (No cold calling)

• Connect with overseas customers via calls and virtual platforms

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance products

• Explain policy features, benefits, pricing, and compliance details

• Ensure timely follow-ups and complete closure

• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion

• Maintain CRM updates and documentation coordination

Candidate Profile

• Graduate

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

• Confident in handling international clients

• Basic computer knowledge
