Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential international buyers (nutraceutical, food, wellness companies)
  • Build and maintain targeted buyer lists using online platforms, databases, and market research
  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other channels using approved templates
  • Track outreach, responses, and follow-ups in a structured manner
  • Coordinate internally for sharing catalogs, CoAs, samples, and basic product information
  • Learn buyer expectations, market trends, and sourcing patterns over time

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable with research, spreadsheets, and basic tools (Google Sheets, LinkedIn, email)
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn about global trade and herbal ingredients
  • Organized, consistent, and able to follow up professionally
  • Prior exposure to B2B sales, exports, or international markets is a plus but not mandatory
