About the Role

We are looking for an International Sales Executive who will help drive global client acquisition. This role involves engaging with founders and leadership teams of international companies, understanding their hiring needs, and positioning offshore team solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential international clients through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, etc.)
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls
  • Conduct client conversations to understand hiring requirements and hiring plans
  • Present Opvia's offshore team solutions to potential clients
  • Coordinate internally with recruitment teams to support client hiring needs
  • Maintain CRM records and manage sales pipeline updates
  • Draft proposals, follow-ups, and deal closure processes
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients

Required Skills

  • 24 years of experience in international sales, B2B sales, or business development
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience in outbound lead generation and cold outreach
  • Ability to communicate confidently with founders and senior decision makers
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable working with global clients across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Experience working with US / UK clients
  • Startup or high-growth company experience
