We are now looking for a driven International Sales Executive to join our global business development team and accelerate our reach across key international markets.
Role Overview
As an International Sales Executive at First500Days, you will manage and grow strategic sales opportunities across multiple regions. You will work closely with clients, distributors, and partners around the world, driving revenue growth while representing our brand with professionalism and cultural fluency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies across MENA, Europe, and APAC.
Identify and convert new B2B business opportunities across assigned regions.
Manage end-to-end international sales cyclesprospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support expansion plans.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and deliver impactful product/service presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client onboarding and success.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or similar field.
23 years of international B2B sales experience (MENA/Europe/APAC preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, French, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with CRM tools.
