Role Description The International Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in West Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. The role involves managing and growing international sales channels, identifying new markets and distributors, and maintaining strong relationships with existing global clients. Responsibilities include handling inquiries from overseas customers, preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and coordinating order processing with internal teams. The International Sales Executive will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in target countries, while providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. The role also requires close collaboration with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong International Sales and International Business skills, with experience in global markets and export-oriented operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Customer Service skills to build, maintain, and support long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess core Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing, and pipeline management.
- Relevant experience in medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple international accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with export documentation and international trade regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications in international business are preferred.
