Job Title: International Sales Executive

Location: Varachha, Surat

Experience in the sanitary napkin, hygiene products, personal care, FMCG, healthcare, or medical disposables industry.

3–6 years of experience in international sales, exports, or business development.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented International Business Development Executive to drive business growth in global markets for our sanitary napkin manufacturing business. The primary focus of this role is lead generation, new customer acquisition, and business development.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers, private label brands, and institutional buyers across international markets. This position requires a proactive hunter mindset with a strong focus on generating new business opportunities and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Lead Generation & Prospecting

Generate new business leads through online platforms, databases, trade directories, LinkedIn, exhibitions, referrals, and other prospecting channels.

Continuously identify and approach potential distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers, and private label customers.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified international prospects.

Conduct extensive market research to identify new countries, regions, and customer segments with growth potential.

Develop outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other communication channels.

2. Business Development & Sales

Convert qualified leads into business opportunities and sales orders.

Present company capabilities, products, certifications, and manufacturing strengths to prospective customers.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and business agreements.

Achieve monthly and annual sales and customer acquisition targets.

3. Distributor & Private Label Development

Identify and onboard distribution partners across international markets.

Develop relationships with private label brands seeking contract manufacturing solutions.

Explore opportunities for OEM/private label manufacturing partnerships.

Build long-term strategic relationships with key international customers.

4. Market Expansion

Identify untapped markets and emerging opportunities.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.

Recommend strategies for market penetration and business growth.

Support participation in international exhibitions, trade shows, and business networking events.

5. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain regular communication with prospects and customers.

Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and business opportunities.

Manage customer accounts from initial contact through order confirmation.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and order execution.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Update CRM systems regularly with accurate information.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.

Track lead generation, conversion, and revenue performance metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Commerce, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in international sales, exports, or business development.

Proven experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience using LinkedIn, trade portals, B2B databases, and digital prospecting tools.

Ability to independently generate and nurture leads.

Strong understanding of export sales processes and international business practices.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly proactive.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in the sanitary napkin, hygiene products, personal care, FMCG, healthcare, or medical disposables industry.

Experience working with distributors, importers, and private label/OEM customers.

Existing international market exposure and business network will be an added advantage.

Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
