We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience in IT Solutions / AI Solutions sales. The ideal candidate will work as an Individual Contributor (IC), owning the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure in international markets (US, UK, APAC, Middle East, etc.).
The candidate must be comfortable working independently, meeting revenue targets, and building strong client relationships in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in international markets.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle – lead generation, qualification, proposal,
negotiation, and closure.
- Sell IT services, AI/ML solutions or digital transformation services.
- Conduct client discovery calls to understand business challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical teams to create customized proposals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets as an individual contributor.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging AI technologies.
- Represent the company in international client meetings and virtual presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in International B2B Sales (IT / AI Solutions preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT services, AI/ML solutions, SaaS.
- Experience selling to US/UK/Europe/Middle East markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end sales cycle.
- Strong presentation and consultative selling skills.
