Role Overview
We are hiring International Sales Executives (US/UK Voice Process) to drive global B2B partnerships, franchise expansion, and institutional collaborations.
If you have experience in international voice processes, BPO, inside sales, or B2B sales and want to move into a high-growth, high-ticket sales role, this is a strong opportunity.
You will handle the complete sales cycle - from connecting with leads to closing international partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. International B2B Sales & Lead Conversion
- Connect with high-quality inbound and outbound leads generated via digital campaigns.
- Pitch BIA's franchise model, training partnerships, and certification programs
- Conduct discovery calls to understand partner business goals.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: connect → qualify → pitch → negotiate → close
- Handle objections and move prospects toward conversion.
2. US/UK Voice Process & Client Interaction
- Engage with international clients via calls, Zoom meetings, and emails.
- Maintain clear communication with US/UK accent fluency.
- Deliver structured sales presentations to decision-makers.
- Build trust with global stakeholders across time zones.
3. Lead Nurturing & Follow-Ups
- Execute structured follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain consistent engagement across the sales funnel.
- Reactivate cold or dormant leads with targeted communication.
4. Call Setup & Sales Coordination
- Qualify leads and schedule high-value meetings with senior leadership.
- Ensure prospects are well-prepared before final discussions.
- Coordinate across teams for smooth deal progression.
5. Global Market Outreach
- Identify potential education partners, institutes, consultants, and investors.
- Build pipelines for franchise expansion in US, UK, Middle East, and APAC.
- Share insights on market demand, pricing, and competition.
6. CRM, Reporting & Performance
- Track daily activities: calls, follow-ups, meetings, closures
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM.
- Achieve monthly targets for meetings, conversions, and revenue.
