Shift: US Shift (7:30 PM – 5:00 AM)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
CTC: 3LPA – 5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Sales Representatives for our International (US) Sales process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to engage with international customers while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales interactions with international (US) customers through voice support.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively pitch products/services.
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 months of International Sales experience in an International BPO is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional English communication skills may also be considered.
- HSC Pass or Graduate (Graduation is not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- Comfortable working in permanent US Night Shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
