Role Description The International Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position involves identifying and engaging prospective clients globally, presenting conference offerings, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. The associate will maintain relationships with existing clients, respond to inquiries, and provide consultative guidance to help them select events that align with their strategic objectives. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales pitches and proposals, updating CRM records, and meeting defined sales and performance targets. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing and conference production teams to align sales messaging with event content and ensure a high-quality client experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with international clients.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing skills in a B2B environment.
- Analytical and research skills to understand market trends, client needs, and conference themes.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple opportunities, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, email, and standard office software; ability to learn new sales tools quickly.
