Job Description

Responsibilities:

Our client are a reputed manufacturer and exporter of construction fittings, known for their commitment to high-quality products and exceptional customer service. They offer a wide range of products, including fence fittings, scaffolding systems, Formwork accessories, and more. Being a certified organization, quality is paramount to everything they do.

In addition to the responsibilities of the Assistant Manager, the International Sales Manager will also be responsible for:

  • BASIC
  • Should have knowledge of product costing
  • Should be able to identify new opportunities/ products in the market to grow sales.
  • Team Leadership & Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive international sales strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of international sales representatives, providing coaching and mentoring.
  • Manage and forecast international sales budgets and pipelines.
  • Market Analysis & Growth:
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities in North Amerc & European markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and customer base.
  • Travel & Representation:
  • Travel internationally to meet with key clients and attend industry events.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and other promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in international sales management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth in international markets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Experience in traveling internationally and managing a team.
