About the Role
Veloris Global is hiring enthusiastic and career-oriented trainees for the role of Technical Sales Trainee to support international IT product sales operations. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in technical sales, international business communication, lead generation, and client handling.
Trainees will gain practical exposure to global B2B IT sales processes while working with international customers and enterprise business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Outreach
- Identify potential business leads and customer opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and business communications with international clients.
- Support lead qualification and pipeline management activities.
Sales Coordination
- Assist in handling IT product enquiries and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with clients regarding quotations, product availability, and sales updates.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve sales conversions.
Technical Product Understanding
- Learn about IT products, enterprise solutions, and reseller business models.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable product information.
CRM & Reporting
- Update lead status, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Maintain accurate business and customer records.
Business Development Exposure
- Support international sales campaigns and business development activities.
- Learn client relationship management and enterprise sales processes.
- Assist in identifying upselling opportunities and new business prospects.
Training & Development
- Structured training and guidance will be provided by the management team.
- Candidates will receive practical exposure to international sales operations, IT product business processes, lead generation, and client communication.
- Continuous mentoring and performance-based learning support will be provided during the training period.
Eligibility Criteria
- BCA, B-Tech, Networking, IT, Computer Science, or related graduates can apply.
- Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred.
- Interest in sales, IT products, and international business operations.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to start with an entry-level training salary and grow based on performance and learning capability.

Compensation & Career Growth
- Training Period (First 3 Months): ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month based on performance, communication skills, technical understanding, learning progress, and sales activity during the training period.
- Post-Training Growth: Performance-based salary increment and career advancement upon successful completion of the training program.
- Training & Mentorship: Structured training and hands-on mentorship will be provided by the management team in technical sales, international client communication, lead handling, and IT product business operations.
