Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an International Reservations Ticketing Agent located in New Delhi. The agent will be responsible for managing reservations, providing outstanding customer service, and handling travel and tourism inquiries. The role includes fulfilling sales targets and ensuring a seamless booking experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Reservations and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
- Sales skills and experience in achieving sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site position in New Delhi
- Relevant certifications in travel and tourism are a plus
- Proficiency in using reservation systems
