About the Role
Study Abroad & International Programs will oversee the coordination, implementation, and management of international student mobility programs. The role requires close interaction with students, faculty, partner universities, international agencies, and internal administrative offices to ensure seamless execution of global engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, counseling, and stakeholder management skills, along with an understanding of international higher education systems and student mobility processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage study abroad, exchange, dual-degree, and international immersion programs.
- Support students throughout applications, documentation, visas, and pre-departure processes.
- Coordinate with partner universities and internal departments on admissions, academics, credit transfers, and approvals.
- Maintain program records, reports, and mobility data.
- Facilitate international visits, partnerships, and related communications.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and partnership requirements.

- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in international programs, higher education, or global partnerships preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and documentation skills.
