International Relations & Communications Executive

Role Description The International Relations & Communications Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. This role involves managing external communications, drafting press releases, and preparing written materials for media, partners, and stakeholders. The executive will support strategic communications, coordinate with international partners, and help position CropGain as a thought leader in AgriTech and sustainable agriculture. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining media relations, monitoring coverage, preparing communication briefs, supporting events, and ensuring consistent messaging across digital and offline channels.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Writing and Communication for diverse audiences and formats.
• Experience in Strategic Communications and Media Relations to manage brand visibility and reputation.
• Ability to draft and manage Press Releases and other external communication materials.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with international partners and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, International Relations, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Prior experience in an AgriTech, technology, development sector, or startup environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills and familiarity with digital communication tools are beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
