Job Title: International Relations & Foreign Policy Associate

The Role: The work is largely global, drawing on that experience. You will engage with Global footprint, ensuring that our local advisory is grounded in international best practices for election integrity and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Benchmarking: Conduct comparative analysis of electoral management bodies (EMBs) worldwide, focusing on transitions and technology protocols
Network Liaison: help leadership Build and maintain relationships with international NGOs, academic networks, and global election observers.
Diplomatic Reporting: Draft International Trend Reports on how foreign policy shifts affect democratic stability and technological sovereignty in the Global South.
Policy Advocacy: Prepare documentation for international webinars and roundtables involving global networks and the Department of Home Affairs.
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs):
1. Network Expansion: Successful outreach and engagement with new international partner organizations or experts per quarter.
2. Comparative Analysis: Delivery of deep-dive reports on foreign electoral frameworks annually.
3. Global Relevance: Tracking the uptake of recommendations in international policy discussions or webinars.
