Role Description
We are seeking an International Recruitment Consultant for a full-time, on-site role located in the Mohali district. In this position, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients, consulting with clients to understand their hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating graduate recruitment initiatives. The role involves building strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure seamless placement and satisfying results for all stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Hiring for Australian Blue/White Collar Industry Remotely
Meeting set KPI's and Financial targets
Daily reporting to Recruitment Team Leader/Operations Manager/HR Manager
Update and maintain internal database CRM Web Portal.
Accurate communication within the Operations team & Account Managers to ensure clients needs are met in a timely fashion
Forecasting clients demand from Account Managers, ensuring they are met within the timeframe
Ensuring that productivity, efficiency and quality is maintained always
Coordination of meetings and appointments Internal and external
Create awareness of the brand in the Digital Marketplace
Recruit to meet forecast demand plus a number to reach anticipated peaks.
Recruit fairly and equal opportunity.
Specify the recruitment standards.
Manage Risk internally and externally with people, systems, sites, environments.
Support HR needs for both proposed and advertised postings
Assist with screening resumes for posted positions on Internal & External job portals
Upload all relevant documents for recruitment proposed collaboration sites
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates through Online Video
Post, update and remove job ads from internal & external job boards, and social networks
Writing and posting job ads under the supervision of Team Leader Recruitment
At least conduct 15-25 Online Video interviews in a day
General Polishing the Candidates profile every day to ensure the visibility of profile to clients isprofessional (Need to cover the candidates registering daily)
Assist the candidate's quires coming through ticketing system & Social media and respond
