Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home) with occasional client and candidate meetings as required

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in international hiring , counselling, admissions, recruitment, immigration,, or consultative sales who enjoy engaging with people and delivering meaningful career outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and counsel prospective candidates and their families on international employment and migration opportunities.

• Explain recruitment pathways, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, visa processes, and onboarding procedures in a clear and professional manner.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, virtual consultations, walk-ins, and candidate inquiries.

• Convert qualified leads into registered applicants through effective counseling, relationship management, and consultative selling.

• Build trust and maintain long-term engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, messaging platforms, and online/offline meetings.

• Achieve monthly registration, conversion, and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, candidate interactions, registrations, and closures in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with recruitment, documentation, compliance, and operations teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

• Stay updated on international labour market trends, visa pathways, and employer requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in counseling, admissions, recruitment, international hiring, immigration consulting, overseas education, BFSI sales, healthcare recruitment, or consultative sales roles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Proven ability to achieve targets in a performance-driven environment.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM platforms.
