Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts during the night shift. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in recruitment and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels across time zones
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and share shortlists with stakeholders
- Track candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data in ATS or internal recruitment systems
- Follow up with candidates for interview availability, feedback, and documentation
