Role Overview
The International Patients Manager will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of international patients seeking medical opinions and treatment in India and abroad. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This is a coordination-based managerial role. Physical meetings with doctors or patients are not required, instead everything done through virtual.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate effectively between doctors and international patients.
Provide complete and accurate medical information to help patients make informed decisions.
Manage end-to-end support for international patients, including:
Medical second opinion process
Treatment planning
Visa documentation guidance
Travel and logistics coordination
Maintain relationships and coordination with international business partners.
Draft and respond to professional emails.
Maintain and update Excel tracker sheets and patient records accurately.
Ensure timely follow-ups and seamless communication throughout the treatment journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory).
Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
Ability to handle international clients professionally.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
