International Patient Counsellor IVF

Vinsfertility, a leading IVF and fertility clinic, is hiring an International Patient Counsellor for our Janakpuri, New Delhi centre.

About the role:

You will be the first point of contact for our international and domestic patients, guiding couples through their IVF and fertility treatment journey with empathy, clarity and professionalism.

Key responsibilities:

- Counsel international and domestic patients on IVF, IUI, ICSI and other fertility treatments, costs and timelines

- Handle enquiries from overseas patients by phone, WhatsApp, email and video call

- Coordinate travel, stay, appointments and treatment schedules for international patients

- Follow up with patients before, during and after treatment

- Work closely with doctors, embryologists and the front-desk team

- Maintain patient records and conversion reports

What we are looking for:

- Excellent spoken and written English (other languages are a plus)

- Experience handling international clients/patients, ideally in IVF, fertility, medical tourism or healthcare

- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

- Graduate (life sciences, healthcare or related field preferred)

- Warm, confident, well-spoken and well-presented

- Able to commute to Janakpuri, New Delhi
