Role Description:

This is an on-site, full-time role for an International Outbound Sales Specialist, based in Bengaluru. The role involves executing outbound calls to potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, building lasting customer relationships, and meeting set sales targets. You will work collaboratively with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a seamless experience for all clients. This role requires proactive communication, thorough follow-up, and a commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Outbound Sales and Sales strategies to engage prospective clients and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Customer Service to identify opportunities and provide outstanding customer support.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and convey product or service value propositions.
  • Prior experience in similar roles or industries is advantageous.
