- Mine and leverage opportunities for strategic alliances with HCFs/ Medical Tourism agencies
- Conduct market survey to identify the new entrants in the market, competitor activities and brand recall of the organization.
- Analyze the information and identify the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of the organization.
- Identify the area or the specialty that needs to be focused either through live workshops, overseas CME programs, conducting clinics etc.
- Preparing business plan & marketing budget with proper execution.
- Critically review the performance in terms of market share, number of CME & other programs conducted, increase in number of referral doctors, healthcare facilitators, and corporate activities to achieve the desired targets.
- Ensure detail study of the doctors, hospitals, corporate & PSUs in and around the City.
People
- Hire BD representatives and set performance objectives for team members and monitor performance on regular basis
- Monitoring & evaluating the performance of Marketing Team by guiding them to move in proper direction, also with necessary training when needed.
Customer
- Attend industry functions, such as association's events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and industry trends.
- To identify & building relationship with key Healthcare Facilitators & generating sustainable business from them.
- Collect information about all the existing doctors in the territory and build rapport for direct patients referral.
Operations
- To create new leads & aggressively grow & retain the market share
- Develop and implement initiatives to build Rainbow brand overseas
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet Consultant needs/ expectations.
- Coordinate and Monitor the seminars and wellness programs conducted by focusing on key activities that would lead to conversion such as
- - Release press ad's
- - Doctor's program on local channel in local language overseas
- - Leaflets distribution in corporate, small hospitals etc.
- - Local radio channel advertising (FM radio campaign, called wellness program)
- To market information on unique surgery performed/ latest developments at hospital.
- Promotion of new line of Treatment facilities added leading to more footfalls.
- Any other portfolio that may be entrusted by the management from time to time.
Educational Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing
Work Experience
- 7 10 years of experience in Health Care Industry
- Exposure to International markets and regulations
- Sound knowledge of healthcare industry
- Excellent presentation skills to conduct high level meetings.
- Good Communication and Team Management Skills
- Negotiation and Influencing Skills
