Coordination & Support: Facilitate smooth hospital stays for international patients and their families. Address queries from overseas patients and medical tourism companies promptly and professionally.
Events & Outreach: Organize events to promote medical tourism and ensure information about Asian Heart Institute's facilities reaches international doctors, patients, and decision-makers.
Feedback & Relationships: Maintain records of feedback from referring doctors and ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service.
Travel: Travel internationally for business development and client engagement as required.
