Job Description

Responsible for developing Strategic long range plans and annual marketing plans to exponentially increase international patients coming to Cytecare Hospitals.

Through adequate market orientation to identify key drivers, customer segments and develop positioning strategies for target segments for market mix execution in potential & existing international markets.

Implement strategies to strengthen brand equity of Cytecare in target countries to achieve the long term and short term growth plans.

Co-ordinate with international teams in individual hospitals to drive marketing plan and activities that help drive international revenues as per plan and the annual calendar

Formulating strategies (positioning, communication, Brand reminder inputs and other special campaigns)

Agency / marcom team coordination for development of communication campaigns targeted to the international markets.

All the grievances related to the patient should be heard and to be solved. If required solicit the intervention of administration.

Weekly & Monthly reports shall be submitted.

Any other responsibility as deemed fit from time to time by the Management.

Manage existing partner & add new partners to the panel.

Business Development-

Identifying newer approaches & business channels to drive MEA patients over & above existing channels.

Identify newer geographies to build catchment areas for steady referral of international patients through OPDs, Information centers, CME, Press event initiatives.

Identifying opportunities to acquire or partner with other providers for joint programs in international markets.

Execution

Diligent execution of the MEA Marketing plan, month by month to ensure continuous growth in revenues from identified international markets

Market development activities in untapped / new markets to establish referral channels to drive patients to India

Set-up, organize & manage CMEs / Clinics in MEA markets to drive referral patients to India

Networking with Corporate bodies international bodies and the others to ensure

Development of business contacts in new & existing geographies.

Business Intelligence

Keep track of the competitor's business initiatives, future plans, etc in international markets and analyze its impact on the business and develop future plans accordingly.

Analyze and track the market intelligence data including environmental, customer & competitor information and initiatives and pre-empt its impact on the business.

Qualifications

Degree / Masters

Language : Arabic and English
