International Lead Generation Associate

Job Overview

We are hiring Experienced Lead Generation Associates (Male & Female) for an International BPO (Australian Process). This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior experience in sales, outbound calling, telemarketing, and lead generation who are looking to grow in a high-paying international process.

The role involves handling premium Australian campaigns such as Solar, Insurance, Mortgage, Property, Investment, and Super Renovation, offering excellent incentives and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Australian customers for lead generation

• Promote services and explain offers professionally

• Generate quality leads and transfer to sales teams

• Maintain customer records in CRM systems

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Follow company scripts, compliance, and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• 1 Year to 3 Years experience in International BPO / Outbound Sales / Lead Generation

• Excellent English communication and convincing skills

• Experience in Australian, UK, or US process preferred

• Good understanding of sales pitch and customer handling

• Basic CRM and computer knowledge required

Salary & Benefits
