Role Overview

We are looking for an International IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in UK, APAC and Middle East hiring. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment across UK, Singapore, Malaysia and Middle East/GCC markets.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster and other international portals.
• Recruit for technical roles across Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, ERP and Infrastructure.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiation and offer follow-up.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders across different time zones.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines and MIS.
• Ensure quality hiring and closure within defined TAT.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of International IT Recruitment experience.
• Strong exposure to UK / APAC / Middle East recruitment.
• Excellent sourcing, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience handling multiple technical requirements simultaneously.
