Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive International IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for APAC and US regions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise and experience in hiring for various IT roles across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across APAC and US regions
Perform active sourcing using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other channels
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and client requirements
Coordinate interviews with clients and manage candidate communication
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements
Work on time-bound delivery for multiple open positions
Ensure proper documentation and maintain recruitment trackers
Understand client requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
Mandatory Skills
Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong experience in sourcing (mandatory)
Hands-on experience hiring for international clients (APAC/US)
Expertise in LinkedIn recruitment, job portals, and Boolean search techniques
Good understanding of IT roles (EUC, Network, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
Work Mode
