This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for International Inbound Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound calls from international customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and assisting with financial or sales-related issues. The candidate will engage with customers professionally and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and maintaining quality standards.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to professionally address and resolve customer inquiries.
• Proficiency in Sales and an ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Analytical Skills to evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Finance or relevant processes is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and willingness to adapt to international time zones.
• Proficient in English with excellent listening and speaking abilities.
• Previous experience in an international voice process or customer service role is a plus.
