Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven International Inbound Sales Executive/Specialist to handle and convert international leads for our IT/software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and qualify international inbound leads from USA, UK, Canada, Australia & Middle East.
• Respond to leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT/software solutions.
• Conduct product demos, follow-ups, negotiations and close sales.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
• Update and maintain lead/client information in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
  
  

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Experience in international/B2B sales preferred.
• IT/software sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable handling leads through phone, email, WhatsApp and online meetings.
