Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound sales inquiries from international clients, providing them with information about our products and services. - Engage with potential customers through effective communication to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion. - Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on quality and customer experience. - Document all interactions with clients in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
