Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional who can:

Identify and connect with International Donors

Build relationships with philanthropists, CSR heads, and foundations

Present and explain our Women Empowerment Programs

Convince and convert prospects into long-term donors

Secure funding partnerships from Middle East, US, UK, Australia & other global regions

Draft proposals, impact reports, and fundraising presentations

Represent WRYM in international virtual meetings

Target Regions

Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Saudi, Oman)

United States

United Kingdom

Europe

Required Skills

Strong international communication skills

Experience in NGO fundraising or CSR engagement

Knowledge of global donor ecosystems

Proposal writing & presentation skills

Confidence in virtual pitching

Ability to close funding partnerships

LinkedIn networking expertise

Fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage)

Preferred Background

Experience working with NGOs / Section 8 Companies

Previously handled international donor portfolios

Exposure to 12A / 80G / CSR compliance frameworks

Strong database of HNI or CSR contacts

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
