Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation:
- Proactively research and identify potential customers in assigned territories (USA & Europe).
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns through email marketing, cold calling, and other methods.
- Qualify leads through initial inquiries to assess their needs and suitability.
- Sales & Order Management:
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers by presenting product offerings and negotiating deals.
- Prepare accurate and competitive pricing quotes for customers.
- Process and manage international sales orders, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with international customers through clear communication and prompt response to inquiries.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform future sales strategies.
- Product & Market Knowledge:
- Maintain a strong understanding of our product portfolio, features, and benefits.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and relevant regulations in USA & European construction industries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the construction industry/Scaffoldings.
- Strong understanding of international trade processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
