Job Title: International/Export - Business Development Manager (Pharma/Medical Healthcare)

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: MD / Business Development Head

Company Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven International/Export - Business Development Manager to join our team. If you have experience in B2B sales, especially through online international platforms and have a passion for the medical and healthcare industry, we would love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential leads through international online platforms and other online business directories.
  • Proactively engage in cold calling to create new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and develop tailored sales pitches.
  • Convert leads into potential sales through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Work closely with prospects to provide product information, address queries, and offer solutions that meet their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from prospects and existing clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up on sales leads and ensure smooth processing of inquiries to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms of agreements with clients.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure consistent follow-up for future business opportunities.
  • Track customer satisfaction, handle post-sale inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and product developments in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Gather feedback from clients to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline. A background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields is a plus.
  •  Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales in the Pharma, Medical, or Healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in handling export sales and documentation knowledge.
  • Experience in cold calling, lead qualification, and closing deals.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
