Job Description:

We are looking for candidates who have Minimum 1 year of experience in Email or Chat (customer support )within a financial services background/BFSI with Good English communication skills.

Requirements:.

• Qualification: Any Degree (UG & PG) can apply.
• 1 Year Mandatory Experience in Email or Chat or Non Voice Process (With proper offer, relieving and pay slips - Documents should be proper)
• 5 Days working / 2 Days Rotational Week Off
• Rotational shifts (Which will include night shift as well).
• Salary: Up to 5 LPA
• Job Location: Perungalathur, Shriram Gate Way. (Within Boundary Limits)
• 2-way Cab will be provided.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred (Who can join with us within May, 2026).

Additional Details:

• Familiarity with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) is added advantage.
• Experience in UK financial services will be an added advantage
• 7 Days Accomodation for Out Station candidates.

Work Location: Shriram Gate Way, Perungalathur/Chennai.
