BioGenex is a global diagnostics company focused on advancing and democratising molecular pathology for tumour diagnosis, prognosis, and therapy selection. Our portfolio spans automated and intelligent systems for IHC, ISH, and FISH, designed to integrate seamlessly into real-world clinical workflows while remaining affordable and scalable worldwide.

As part of our international expansion strategy, BioGenex is strengthening its global distributor network across priority markets.

Role Overview:

We are hiring multiple International Distributor Channel Partners Account Managers to build, expand, and manage distributor relationships across international regions. This role owns the end-to-end distributor lifecycle, from market mapping and partner identification through onboarding, enablement, performance management, and growth.

The ideal candidate brings strong channel development experience in diagnostics or adjacent life-science domains and can independently drive partner strategy, negotiations, and execution across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute distributor expansion strategy across assigned international (ROW) markets aligned with BioGenex priorities.

  • Identify, map, and prioritise target distributors using structured market analysis and segmentation.

  • Lead distributor solicitation, shortlisting, and qualification based on coverage, technical capability, service readiness, financial strength, compliance, and strategic fit.

  • Manage partner engagement end-to-end: discovery discussions, evaluation, internal alignment, and final selection.

  • Negotiate and finalise distribution agreements, including territory definitions, pricing and margins, payment terms, performance metrics, marketing commitments, and service responsibilities.

  • Coordinate distributor onboarding, including training, sales enablement, marketing launch plans, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Ensure strong positioning and adoption of BioGenex IHC, ISH, and FISH automation solutions within clinical and pathology workflows.

  • Establish and maintain partner performance cadence through pipeline reviews, forecasting, QBRs, KPI tracking, and partner development plans.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, applications, service, operations) to ensure partner success.

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting using CRM and sales management tools.

  • Travel internationally as required to support partner onboarding, reviews, and growth initiatives.

  • Leverage AI-enabled sales and CRM tools where applicable (training will be provided).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in international or domestic distributor/channel development within diagnostics, pathology, life sciences, lab automation, medical devices, or adjacent B2B technical fields.
  • Demonstrated success managing the full distributor lifecycle: targeting, solicitation, qualification, onboarding, and enablement.

  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing distribution agreements.

  • Solid understanding of B2B channel sales models and partner economics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a structured, persuasive approach.

  • High cultural sensitivity and ability to build trust across regions, languages, and business environments.

  • Strong organizational skills with disciplined CRM usage and follow-through.

  • Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

    • Experience in molecular pathology or clinical laboratory workflows.

    • Familiarity with IHC, ISH, and FISH technologies.

    • Experience working across multiple international regions.

    • Additional language proficiency.

    • Exposure to AI-enabled sales, CRM, or automation tools.

    Benefits

    • 5 day work week
    • Free Insurance Coverage for family
