Salary: 18,000 60,000 (Based on Experience Process)
Shifts: UK / US / AUS (Rotational / Fixed Night Shift Available)
Job Role
Handle inbound outbound calls for international clients
Assist customers with queries related to healthcare services
Appointment scheduling, insurance verification billing support
Maintain accurate records in CRM system
Ensure high-quality customer service call handling standards
Eligibility Criteria
HSC / Graduate (Freshers Experienced both can apply)
Excellent English Communication Skills
Experience In International Voice / Healthcare Process Preferred
Comfortable with Night Shifts
Salary Structure
Freshers: 18k 25k
Experienced (International / Healthcare): 30k 60k
