Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate based in Jaipur. The Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing customer interactions. Key responsibilities include addressing customer concerns efficiently, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and collaborating with team members to maintain service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service
  • Ability to engage in Sales and deliver effective Training as needed
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and handle queries professionally
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service or BPO environment is a plus
  • Flexibility to work in a vibrant on-site setting with a diverse team
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory
