Job Description

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, clear, and complete information to customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and effective issue resolution

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Open to Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
  • Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
  • Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (24x7)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Work from office only
  • Must be available for a face-to-face interview

Work Conditions:

  • 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
  • Office-based role with structured training and growth opportunities
