Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and communication-driven individuals to join our International Voice Process team. In this role, you will be the face of our global brand, providing world-class support and resolving customer queries with efficiency and empathy.

Job Overview

  • Role: Customer Service Executive / Support Associate
  • Process: International Voice
  • Experience: Freshers & Experienced professionals (up to 3.6 LPA)
  • Education: 10+2 / Graduate / Diploma (3+1)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally in a high-volume international environment.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests while maintaining high quality and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery.

Salary & Benefits

  • Freshers: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹2.8 LPA
  • Experienced: Up to ₹3.6 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
  • Transport: * 2-Way Cab Facility: Provided for night shifts (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM).
  • 1-Way Cab Facility: Provided for day shifts.
  • Travel Allowance: Up to ₹3,500 monthly (based on distance/eligibility).

Shift Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working in Rotational Shifts.
  • Flexibility to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass, Graduation, or Diploma (3+1).
  • Language: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Mindset: Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical: Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.

Interview Process

The selection process consists of three specialized rounds:

  1. HR Round: Screening for basic fitment, communication, and stability.
  2. Operations Round: Final technical discussion with the hiring manager.
  3. Assessment Round: Evaluation of voice, accent, and logical reasoning skills.
