Salary Details:
  • CTC: 38,000 + 2,000 (PLI)
  • In-Hand: 33,000 + 2,000 (PLI)*
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
  • Provide technical support and resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (C1 Level).
  • Basic technical knowledge.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
