Job Description: International Customer Support Associate
Experience: 2+ Years
Industry Preference: FinTech / Banking / Financial Services / Insurance / Crypto
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries through voice, chat, and messaging channels.
- Manage complex customer issues, escalations, and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT), quality (QA), first contact resolution (FCR), and turnaround time (TTR) metrics.
- Manage high ticket volumes while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with company policies.
- Use AI-powered tools, chatbots, and AI copilots to enhance customer support efficiency.
- Follow regulatory guidelines, data security standards, and internal processes.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of international customer support experience.
- Hands-on experience in international voice and chat/messaging support.
- Prior experience in FinTech, banking, financial services, insurance, or crypto is preferred.
- Basic knowledge or exposure to AI-powered customer support tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and escalations effectively.

- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational week-offs
- Location: Hyderabad
