Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat depending on the role
  • Provide technical or product support to clients
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
  • Meet individual and team targets as per role requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams when necessary

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi or regional as per role)
  • Prior experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Chat/Email support, or Telesales (as per role)
  • Problem-solving skills, patience, and customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment
