We are hiring for Customer Service Executive position at Teleperformance.

Work Location - Goregaon West, Mumbai

Mira Road Till Churchgate

Thane Till CST

Vashi Till CST

Airoli, Rabale, Ghansoli, Kopar Khairane, Turbhe.

Shift - Rotational Shift Including night shifts (No fixed shifts)

Job Type - Full-time (On-site)

5 working days and 2 rotational week-off

Designation - Customer Service Executive

Process - US Voice Process

Roles and Responsibilities -

Handle customer queries regarding the service via calls.

Provide accurate information and guidance to the customers.

Salary -

Freshers - 25k in-hand

Experienced - 28k in-hand

Qualification - HSC with atleast 6 months of experience in BPO-Voice Process (Candidates from different backgrounds or fields will not be considered)

GRADUATE FRESHERS with good english communication can also apply.
