Job Description: International Customer Service Representative

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1–2 years

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our International Customer Service team. The role involves handling customer queries from the US market, ensuring timely resolution, and delivering exceptional service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats from international clients (primarily US).
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in international customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in US shifts (night shifts).
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications is an advantage.
  • Customer-centric mindset with patience and empathy.
